| 07:00 Wreck Trek 3-Tank Gulf Dive Category : General This Gulf dive trip is a 3-tank trip specifically targeting wrecks in the area. Trip is limited to 10 divers. Sites for this trip may include one or more of the following: Fin Barge, Doc's Barge, South Jack Wreck, Polynesian Princess and Orange Tug. Depths are 45' to 85' and the experience level is intermediate to advanced. Use of computer (not provided) or Nitrox ($5 per tank additional) is required. | 18:00 Open-water Class Begins Category : General This is the entry level scuba certification course. It provides the fundamental knowledge and skills to scuba dive. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates are considered competent to engage in open water diving activities without supervision, provided the diving activities and the areas dived approximate those of training. This certification is valid for charters, the rental of scuba diving equipment and to fill scuba cylinders with air. This course is a two-week class with classroom sessions beginning at 6:00pm. | 18:00 Rescue Class Begins Category : General This course trains divers in the knowledge and skills needed to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies. Included are assists, transports, surface rescues and rescues from depth involving both boat and shore based skin and scuba divers. Current CPR/First Aid certification is required to complete the Rescue certification course. CPR/First Aid can be completed in conjunction with this certification course as an add-on class. It is an enjoyable program of continued supervised experience designed to introduce divers to a variety of diving activities. This course is appropriate for divers who desire additional training, have moved from one diving area to another and desire local orientation or desire orientation to a variety of diving sites and conditions.
